Summertime Blues? I don't think so!

As most people are starting to get tired of the summer heat and like to sit by there air conditioners, I look at from a different angle, It's time to see who's in the neighborhood.

This is time time of year to get your trail cameras in the woods, over food plots and on fence lines. Its time to see who survived the winter and see who the king of the forest is! I like to keep a photo album of all the different bucks on the properties I hunt on. This is a great way to see how much bigger their antlers grow each year.

Our AT-5 camera support was designed to be able to place cameras were it was very difficult in the past, It also allows you to adjust the angle of your camera so you don't have to shim it with sticks. The best part of the AT-5 is the price! The camera support is very affordable with more versatility then any other camera mount on the market, check them out!
(One example of using the AT-5 where you do not have a tree.
This same AT-5 can be used on other posts and fences.  No extra parts required!)

This last season I tried 6 different cameras and all I can say is, you get what you pay for!! I truly learned the definition of trigger speed. I have a lot of pictures of deer butts so trigger speed is very important! I also learned about battery life, especially in cold weather. Rechargeable li-po batteries are the way to go for longevity, and in cold weather.

Trail cameras have changed when and were I hunt, and in my opinion they are one of a deer hunters best tools.
Bowhunting.com has some great reviews on cameras that you might what to check out before you choose one.
Good hunting,
Jim
